Ignis is walking forward slowly, limping.
Ignis: "Argh... Is this the end... of lovable Ignis? Why? There was no way I could lose according to my data!"
"Why?!"
"WHY?!"
"Does humanity shun the birth of a new god?"
Ignis puts his hands on two column-like panels, activating what seems to be a self-destruct mechanism. The spaceship ignites from the heat.
Seth: "What has he done?!"
Ignis: "If these humans do not desire the advent of a new god... then I shall become a demon! All will return to nothing!"

Vanessa: "This place's gonna blow!"
The door closes, shutting out all light.
Ramon: "DON'T DO IT, GRINGO!"
The outside of the spaceship starts to crumble from the intense heat. It is heading back towards Earth.
"Can you do it?"
"Yes. I believe so..."
Only darkness follows.
Ramon: "Ugh... Ouch... Where are we?!"
Vanessa: "Oddly, we've been rescued..."
The spaceship splashed into an ocean. We see Iori, Seth, Vanessa, and Ramon on a beach, looking out at the ocean.

"Do you surmise that they're onto us?"
"Those 'KOF' buffoons? No way!"

Vanessa: "And so NESTS ends, huh?"
Seth: "Ron died airborne? Hmmm..."
Ramon: "All for the best."
"So... Iori Yagami..."

Iori doesn't even turn around.
Iori: "What?..."
Seth: "You're listed 'indispensable'..."
Iori: "Hmph. A wimp like you beat me?"
Ramon: "Can't blame us for trying."
Iori: "So be it. Bring it on, Noodnik. But I'm warning you..."

A purple flame erupts from Iori's hand.
Iori: "...you'll be going home in a body bag! "
