Nests is
an organisation bent on world domination. Genetic manipulation plays a great roll in their plans, as their aim is to clone the strongest fighter(s) in the world and makes countless army's for their disposal. The organisation is made up of assassins, strike teams, foot soldiers, scientists, cloned/enhanced warriors and other various bad guys. They are a world wide organisation so they have bases all over the world with various agents working for the greater good of the cartel..or are they?Their first appearance was in KOF99 along with the introduction of a new main character K' along with his partner Maxima. Officially their first
appearence was after KOF97 when they kidnapped Kyo Kusanagi as
part of their masterplan.
After KOF 97's final battle with the Orochi, Krizalid had been
able to capture Kyo to create a series of Kyo clones... Kyo
finally managed to escape from the grasp of Krizalid but Krizalid
had already succeeded in creating the clones.
The first plan was the "Project
K'", where Kyo was being captured, analysed
and cloned.
The second plan was "Project Krizalid",
where Krizalid was used as the medium to transfer all the
information captured from the fighters in KOF'99 to the Kyo
clones all around the World. In order to gain more data to
perfect the clones which will ultimately lead to his plans for
world domination, Krizalid sends them to the KOF tournaments all
over the world...Krizalid managed to collect the necessary data
during the battles except for the data of Killing a Human!
So Krizalid prepares to join in the battles in order to obtain the last bit of data he needs... But just as these countless number of Kyo clones were to be deployed to destroy the world, Krizalid failed in his mission, in getting the final 'killer instinct' data and was then executed by Zero.
The end results were that the Kyo clones were captured by Heidern's army or destroyed (self-destruct devices implanted into various clones.) by NESTS. As for the third plan "Project Zero", precise details of this plan have not yet been made known...
So far, what is known is that the real Milky Way Cannon is on its way to completion and will soon be launched into outer space.
It was revealed that Zero was going to betray NESTS by getting all of the energy from the KOF participants and direct it to his so called Zero cannon. With all the energy stored it was to be amplfied and directed towards Southtown, secretly a Nests base of operations!! Zero's paln all along was to betray NESTS by destroying them with the Zero cannon. (Zero's plan to betray N.E.S.T.S. has been known by the higher management level of the organisation and in order to disrupt his plans, two N.E.S.T.S. seniors called Foxy and Diana sent Kula and Candy for this mission.) However this plan failed due to a the KOF hero's and Kula's gang joint interfearence. Zero's plan of destruction did in part work out... the Zero cannon even though malfunctioning, fired and hit his own base killing Zero and causing immense damage to Southtown city. With K' and this team systimatically destroying NESTS bases, and descention/betrayal in the ranks, does this spell the end of NESTS?
