BUBBLE SPHERE STARS

Delicate spheres of cold shielded life,
balanced upon these twigs of the night.
Capped of a cloudy snow haze.

As one bubble of air expands its shield,
another one appears and lays so still.
together their family is made.

Eventually the others unite together,
forming their shapes in bitter weather.
as one on this branch of life.

With reflections of colors appearing on these,
they sparkle of stars upon these trees.
Such innocence a miracle of the night.

Eventually one by one they leave their nest,
they fade into heaven for they know best.
Their lifes has captured our hearts.

But the one miracle that we may never know,
is it warm inside of them within the cold.
A mystery of these Bubble Sphere Stars.

SNOW BUBBLES

Five little bubbles
landed on a tree,
OOPS-if two should pop,
Then three there would be!

The sun shines on the bubbles
and makes a glitter of color,
A different kind of rainbow
that is like no other.

BUBBLES DELIGHT

Wands and pipes blowing bubbles galore
clapping hands, big smiles, wanting to see more
hoping they don't pop when they hit the floor
parents reassuring there's more at the store.

You blow the biggest bubble you can with your gum
such talent you have if they don't pop when you hum
showing your brother or sister can be so dumb
because then they'll just bug you until they get some.

Blowing bubbles in milk always makes kids laugh
then more fun with suds as they play in their bath
too bad there aren't bubbles to help them with math
or shiny ones to guide them down the right path.

Iridescent bulbs that sparkle in the light
Christmas tree ornaments adorning so bright
bubbles bring joy in either day or night
when the faces of children are filled with delight.

THREE OUT OF FIVE

clinging for dear life, in
a background of downy white
the majestic sleek bubbles
belie their capacity to delight

these orbs of beauty, filled
with eternal hope and inspiration
exuding peace, quiet and serenity
eventually end in obliteration

we, mere bubbles in time
hold on for dear life
but no one can escape
fates cruel sharp knife

many cohere with nature
in soft subtle blue
living all of their days
as honest and true

some, more than a little
in pale yellow bile
existing forever it seems
in self pity and denial

we all have the same fate,
be it a life, a thirst,
a trust or a belief
the bubble will soon burst

we shouldn't despair
though life may be short
it is worthwhile
with a proper consort

SNOW BUBBLES

Gently wafting
Bubbles floating
Lightly snowing
Freezing cold
Slowly falling
Down ,down ,down
Both resting safe & sound
Delicately placed
On the branch of a tree
On display for all to see
Bubbles glistening
In the sun
Like precious pearls
Belonging to no one

MOMENTS

Gossamer sheen
somewhere in between
lightly dancing
neath a cloud filled sky
cradled for a mere moment
as you did I...

Gossamer sheen
held lofty and serene
so dazzling high
neath a darkened sky
sheltered for a mere moment
as you did I...

Gossamer sheen
somewhere in between
suddenly vanishes
with a whispered sigh...
shattered for a mere moment
as you did I...

CHILDREN AND SNOW

Sweet innocent bubbles of snow
I wish we will never grow

When I look at you I forget the pain
My heart Is pure it s white again

Sitting by the fireplace listen to grandma stories
Telling us fairy tales about old time glories

Making a snow man playing with snowballs
Careless about our parents and their continuous calls

And though you bring the cold weather
Nature wedding I love you forever

Sweet innocent bubbles of snow
I wish we will never grow

SNOW GLOBES

Sky cotton
Wafting
Sailing downward
Inside a globe
Resembling Eden
In my daydreamt mind.

HOME THOUGHTS

Having seen the snow drenched view
Of silent bubbles on a tree.
Brought thoughts of a child
In me, who but is no more.

Of the time so far away
That I can just catch the edge.
When the trace of every beam,
Through them was a fairy tale.

Oh, they remind me of home
Where the child in me still plays.
Blowing soapy bubbles to the light
For them to send streaming colours down.

When soothing sleep came for me
It brought them even closer to my gaze.
Encased in my own dreamy bubble
I was back in time and space.

Floating in the night of sleep
I, slowly, woke up in the morn.
The gentle sounds of home again
I heard, I could have sworn.

The tinker of the pots and pans
And the sharper 'whoosh' as the cooker called.
Mother is up and at her work, and
Would come and rouse me as of old.

To a sweet time with a sweeter sister still
With whom to sit and talk the day away.
To sit again with my mother dear, in the mid-day
Tedious hour, when with sleep her head would sway.

The lovely smile on my sister's face
I saw again, when of little big things she spake.
But as I stretched and rolled in the nightly bed
Alas! I saw my dreamy bubble break.

As my startled eyes seeked the scene
My home and dearer ones had flown away.
Can one fathom the loss I felt, when
I found myself far from them this day.

Would that they be near again
I could give all in my say.
But a thousand miles hold them from me
And a thousand miles hold me away.

ENCHANTED DAYS

Ardent youth on folly's wings
Caught by a moment of my past,
Like fragile bubbles on tettered twigs
Covered by time's frozen cast.
These moments, always there for me to look
Upon the simple joys of younger ways;
They are the pages of a treasured book,
With fading reflections of enchanted days.

DAYDREAM

the winter bubble, reflecting color
clings to the snow-covered branch
even in this frosty cold it lingers
basking in reflection of your warm embrace
savoring a simple moment that cannot be erased

tracing your name
in the frost covered window
do you feel warmth
recall the tingle

BUBBLES

In the hot tub,
No matter it's winter
With snow on the pines.
Blowing bubbles in the air,
Watching them drifting,
Landing on the snowy pines
Like iridescent jewels.
Snuggling close together.
You lift your hand,
Slide it down my arm,
Reaching the curve of my waist.
I slide my hand up your thigh,
And kiss your face.
You lips cover mine and your
Hand slips lower still,
Rounding the curve of my hip
On the journey to your desire.
Lazily and tenderly we caress,
Creating a fire unquenchable by water.
In love's timeless rhythms
We set the water swirling, churning,
Moving with our bodies' ebb and flow.
Silky water cascades over us
As you come to me,
Covering me with your warm, wet body.
Feeling the heat penetrate,
A blazing fire consumes us,
Making mockery of winter's chilly air.
The volcano of passion erupts,
Sensations spewing and rolling over all.
Riding the climax of the penetrating heat
Until passions subside,
With only the bubbles as witness
To our blazing desire.

EXTREME BEAUTY

A heart of love created
a world of extremes,
Where seeming impossibilities coexist,
Waiting to be found.
A world where the harsh cold of winter,
Produces the beauty of symmetric
snowflakes,
Floating gently to the ground.

A world where tensions balance perfectly
Forming a fragile, iridescent
sphere of soap & air,
Covered with rainbows of promises
to impart.
As impossible to hold in a dry hand
As a dream held
In a dry heart.

A world where snowflakes and soap bubbles,
Are capable of nestling together,
So may our lives be.
Uniquely ourselves, yet a
backdrop for others,
Beautifully entwined,
Yet free.

SNOW BUBBLES

Lost in the forest of lasting trees
that grow year after year
perched on an evergreen limb
seen only when you are near

Bright clear, silvery, bubbles
with colors of yellow and blue
sharing the tender young branch
with white fluffy snow that's new

The fragile little spheres
will last but a moment or two
they'll pop with a rustling wind
their colorful show will be through

But memories live like trees
and beauty impressions make
bubble images that winter sees
In my mind I'll forever take

VISION

Bubbles like myriad scrying stones
Caressing blithely branch and snow
Cause my eyes to close like dusty tomes
And fix my mind on long ago

On days before the world drew shut,
My options to a close
Before the hag had found my string and cut
The world in balance, life I grew to loathe

The granite Mary weeps for me, no doubt
In my pitiful throes
For the angel I lost before having found
The weight of which none but I can know

WINTER WHIMSY

Soft footsteps of winter
walked into my day
as snowflakes drifted upon
my awaiting hands and face

My feet danced lightly
upon softest clouds of white
my thoughts wanting utter
whimsy on this delightful day

Snowy peaks of silence shout
enticing me to total fantasy
as whimsical snowbubbles
caress each powdered tree

I am at one with this world
tucked within winters splendor
graceful curves capture me
inside radiant spheres of magic

My spirit soars in an ivory mantle
as chameleon colored bubbles
light upon outstreched limbs
awaiting prisms of earths rainbow

Snow-white magic whispers
as flamboyant globes tenderly
serenade this alabaster dawn
bringing no sound upon the trees

My eyes search these mirrors
feeling whispers of a snowscape
silently watching my snowbubbles
dancing in total childlike whimsy

GRIEF

Ice still clings to the branches
long after the bubble has burst
fragile life, takes a turn
the snow begins to melt away
new light reflecting colorful images
awaits the spin of time
til light peels away
the darkness.

TAPESTRY

I may, from time to time,
Sit quietly in my corner.
I am working on my tapestry.
Each stitch, each piece of cloth
Each silken thread
Interlocks with purpose.
Its colours strange and varied.
There is the deep scarlet
Of my shame and anger,
The blue of grace,
The gold and bronze of joy,
The silver of forgiveness.
There is a small white patch
Of innocence
Crudely sewn by a childs hand
Who never got to start
His tapestry.
The evergreen of memories,
Contrasting against
The black of grief.
Amongst my patches
Are those sent by friends.
One piece sent by a man
Clothed in seven shrouds
Who held up a mirror
So that I may see more clearly
My foolish heart.
I do not stitch them for glory
Nor for approval
But that I may
Lay it at Gods feet
That he may judge my soul.

SPHERE

A sphere is a circle of friendship
Which continue through the years
And with it comes lifes share
of laughter and tears
Yet know wherever we travel
on our journey afar
There is always a bright light
from One shining star.

HEART SPHERES

Lightening flashes and then entertwine,
As spheres of time float on a timeless wire.
Much like life and love they are not always kind,
With facades of gravity that we can admire.

When in love we proclaim our hearts to another,
With innocent love and too much trust.
Despite warnings from a VP sister or brother,
You know your in this for love or bust.

Never realizing that within seconds loves facade,
Can certainty crash and fall.
Always due to jealousy or a cheater's teasing nod,
That forces you to build up a protective wall.

These fragile heart spheres within this shell of human life,
Takes a constant beating in the Lands of Virtual Places.
Each of us trying to give a bit of ourself, instead receiving strife,
Next time you love remember the heart sphere behind the monitor faces.

GENTLE STRENGTH

Crystal ornaments shining bright
Decorate this wondrous tree of life
Fragile and frail they may appear
Be not deceived one thing is clear
The greatest strength lies deep herein
No stronger love, nor bond
Shall ever be found

The golden glow upon his face
The darkest days cannot erase
The glow in his eyes I can plainly see
Illuminated brighter than any Christmas tree
Reflecting all which he feels deep within
Surrounded by those which he holds dear
Embraced with love he has no fears

Two special ornaments dressed up in blue
Remaining at his side so true
With love and devotion they continue to grow
Sheltered from harm and winters frosty snow
Where once were two there now are three
She too will soon sit upon his knee
While further completing this family

The final ornament which I can see
Has gently been placed upon this tree
Clearest crystal bedecked with softest hues
Reflections of love continuously renewed
Transparent heart for you to see
This miracle of love shared by you and me

SPHERES

spheres of life
revolving round
endless torment
within found

elements of nature
around a single sphere
bound and linked it is to us
by strands of things we fear

floating in our mind
clouded by all the lies
on and on its swirling
until the day we die

will the pattern break up
or on will it always go
always in this circle
for I know, I'll never know

WINTER BUBBLES

Bubbles in the winter, that doesn't come to mind
I've seen a lot of snow but, well maybe I've been blind
Perhaps I never looked hard enough. Are they hard to find?
I've seen lots of bubbles too, But never of that kind.
Let me think, can bubbles really be made of snow?
Being a bit of a gambler, my money is on, no.
Of course, I could be wrong you know.
I thought it was only good to make balls for kids to throw.
Writing this I temporarily forgot all my painful trouble
The ones that keep returning like the seasons
The ones I can't figure out the reasons
But for this little relief, I have to thank, Your Snow Bubbles!

BUBBLES

Tiny orbs of color
Floating free
Catching dreams
Chasing rainbows of promises
Riding the currents of
Whispered Passions and desires
Then slowly
Lovingly
They are caught
A connection is made
A bond is formed
The colors oh how they sparkle and shine
They reflect tranquility and joy
Laughter and happiness
It surrounds them and fulfills them
In the cold world they are at peace
Finally in perfect completion
Together for all of time
Right where they belong

CIRCLE OF LIFE

Free to escape and levitate
We pause and contemplate
The path of resistance
Our virtual existence

With destiny in scope
And everlasting hope
Resolving the undone
Uncertain of what's to come

As the circle of life
Keeps us whole
Fills the spirit
Completes our soul

If it departs
Its mortal shield
The sacrifice starts
A day unrevealed

But if it remains
The fate it retains
It's just preserved
For a day more deserved

So challenge the day
As none other before
Don't pass it away
Tomorrow could be no more

For the circle of life
That we behold
Bears a future
That remains untold

As we breathe the air
That warms our heart
Remember this could be
The last day we start

BUBBLES

As we left the church,
our wedding party
surrounded us
with thousands of iridescent
floating globes.
Each one hovered
in the warm breeze,
and made it's way
to where we stood
amongst our friends
to pop against us,
and release
their wishes of joy,
and the promise of forever.
Such a happy day
to be united for eternity
with my best friend.
As we drove away,
I thought to my self
how just like heaven....
These bubbles are,
surreal
pure,
and none exactly like the others.
And then my world collapsed
and my bubbles burst............
I woke up.

CAPTURE THE LIGHT

A brisk winter morn
Cool yet warm
As the light reflects off the snow

The sun greets the day
In its own shining way
And the chill of the night starts to go

The snow starts to melt
As the sun's warmth is felt
And water drips all in a row

Drops capture the light
In the beautiful sight
Of a wonderful winter rainbow

LIFE'S CHOICES

So,.....here we are!
Our transparent lives aparent to all, secrets
laid bare
Threads of familiarity bind us together,
whether we care.
Our spheres,...so round,...so perfect,....so
fair
Can only mask the true nature of sorrows
we bear.
The escape of solitude holds promise for
those who dare
o break the strangling bonds that we are
enticed to wear.

THE ARMS OF GOD

I was walking in the woods,
Alone, I thought.
The air and snow, crisp, about and beneath me,
And I came upon some bubbles,
delicately caught,
in the branches of a tree.

I gazed in wonder at the sight,
In beauty wrought.
The limbs with spheres, gripped, above and before me.
And it came to me,
that they did consort,
another sight for me to see.

In the tree, I saw a subtle strength,
Yet gently hold
The frail bubbles there
All different colors, size and shapes,
In winter cold,
Suspended in the frosty air.

I stood for hours before the sight
at the end of the path that I had trod.
I saw in the disparate bubbles,
all mankind, held in the gentle arms of God.

DOUBLE DEALING

Venomous words lacking in fact or truthful reason
Were let lose like a pack of dogs in hunting season
Rumors had ran their course and the damage done
By friends trying to help but who were just having fun
Finger pointing useless, for none would admit their guilt
And without trust how could relationships be rebuilt
The petty arguments had left her feeling cold
She knew he was leaving her without being told
So at winters window she now stood in wonder
Her thoughts and feelings a foul storm of thunder
Memories of good times never again to recall
For her tears are not easy but still freely fall
So to the winds she cast her emotions as bubbles
Each to carry away one of her many troubles
Let wishes be windows to her darkened feelings
Let time help her to forget past double dealings
The journey made, she has found herself at home
For she was the only strength she had ever known

SNOW BUBBLES

Gentle spheres with rainbowed sheen
Cling to ferns and evergreen
Like crystal baubles on fairy leaves...
That melt the ice of this dreamlike scene
Yet serve to brighten a tree on Christmas Eve...

These snow bubbles bright and cristal clear
Will soon be lost or turned to tears
Whilst lovers in an passionate embrace...
Seen only by a passing deer
Watch as bubbles melt without a trace...

See the snow falls softly now
Covering the ground where the rose blossoms bow
There heads in gestures dear...
Knowing soom that these flakes of snow
Only serve to herald a bright New Year...

COLD KILLS

Leafless branches on the vine
Is a sign of changing times

Branches covered with new snow
Where did all the loving go?

Warm memories entombed in four bubbles
Calloused responses not worth the trouble

Memories remain of you and me
With branches full and a pretty tree

This prolonged cold has killed the soul
Why this happens.......I don't know

Where's our future in the other spheres?
That is now my biggest fear!!

BEAUTY

Beautiful branches wrapped in a snow cover
My outdoor jaccuzzi they hang over

Laced with crystal spheres that dance
In the moonlight I catch a glance

Gracefully they glimmer in the twilight
I gasp at such a beautiful sight

PRINCESS SNOW

I...the Princess of SNow.... living within My lands,
between the Echoing Hills.
They sing a sad melodious sonnet .....just for Me.
As My icy fingers caress the wares of Mother Earth.
Leaving a blanket of white...where ever I go.

I have found a love.....
a secret love.... yet forbidden.
And yet....when at LAST our eyes do meet,
A mere second of His touch .....melts me.

My love for Him .... resides from deep with in.
Yet... the Union of Our love ...
will never ever come to past.
SOooo I cry tears of lamenting that fall......
from each and every branch and blade of green.

Sooo far away is HE.....within another Galaxy.
YET..... still I find My self melting........melting......
ANd My Soul ...now surrounded within nothingness.
For He has stolen My heart away.

And as the words with in the sonnet of lamenting doth say.
NEVER must His touch come to past......
For I the Princess of SNow ......has fallen in love....
a forbidden love.....Prince of Light.....the Sun......

THE MARRIAGE OF LIFE AND LOVE

Snow haven...
like eyes to see
a nightingale sing...
to cherish in heart
all those who do sing...
of love's abidance
to a supreme reality...
call this the marriage
of life and love yet so bold...
of uniqueness and daringness,
as this has not been foretold...
glistening, glowing, greatly
upon
all of life's charities...
evergreen sanctuary
of whiteness...
behold such rarity.
To splendour in
what ample beauty,
before breathing in,
barely believing
all what there is
to dream.
O lovely serenity
make for thy answer...
and to always relish in reality.
Roundness
baring boldly beneath
a Bristlecone pine's
sweet sap,
adjoining a sticky resin
with snowflakes falling
with a thunder's clap.
Tis a joy to see
the miraculous dichotomy
of a still life charade...
forever caught
in the eyes of symmetry-
born from a winter's play.
Thus as when Heaven's dew drops,
like sweet confection
to a honeybee,
the time has come
for us to remember thee.

NEW LOVE

Icy crystals lie upon the bough
waiting for the sun's warmth to free them.
Bubbles illuminate their delicate beauty
reflecting moonlight like a rare gem.

Walking through the snow I see such wonder
as all of nature sends forth a symphony
unrehearsed.
My vision sees only good as its filtered through
my heart
New love will give me life until the bubble
bursts.

OFFERING

Delicate reflections
Float momentarily by
Transcending to oblivion
Caught briefly by our eye
Snowflakes and bubbles
Dance in the light of moon
Pirouetting in opportunity
Each life to be over soon
Upon this darkened backdrop
Soulfully sharing their light
Donating their contribution
Making circumstances bright
