On gossamer wings
my chariot races.
Leaving behind me

when the sunset falls from view, it cloaks a new dawn
obscurity of nightfall is now of the hour
distant ,as we are, stars bring out their own dawn
they fade the night with dim lights they shower.

as electric blue light, cracking from a rolling thunder
a maidens' chariot cuts the stillness of the night
she rides the heavens with a silent sunder
obscure darkness is broken by her wheel less flight

her chariot is drawn by a orbiting comet, at her demand
she rides swiftly with wings of an angels flight
without loves wheels under her, she fears forever not to land
the fear of night flights is the realm she is forever, to command

a endless journey is her captured minds domain
fearing, no one hears her silent songs of tears
tears from a face filled with sadness,
of the heavens she cries not to remain
her tears fall, with wishes, fall as star dust, not knowing where

folded in my own wishing thoughts, of her nights ride
her tears, reach me, I am showered in their warmth
with a sudden expression of well hidden emotions
repeated thoughts within my own mind, held for so long

to hold your immortal face within these mortal hands

vibrant Kaleidoscopes dripping
pools of dark silky ink
masked in a rainbow's glaze
brilliant burnt orange as the sunset coast
vivid lemon yellow bursts within electric blue fog

Just the other day
I was going about my way
Didn't know where I was going
Not a clue what direction I was heading
I must have been walking up
Or maybe it was down
All I know is that soon enough
I was either below or above
I walked so far
That I couldn't see the stars

To see what there was out this way

'Twas the night before Christmas, at the North Pole
With Santa now gone, Mrs. Clause was in control
She rushed tired elves off and tucked them into bed
Where they fell asleep even before a story was read
She tip toed quietly out to the hall and closed the door
Then ran like a mad man for her purse, coat, hat and more
She grabbed two of the geese meant to be their Christmas feast
Saying she had a greater need for these two flying beast
Warmly dressed out to the stable with geese in hand she ran
Stuffing them with flying rain deer feed she took from a can
She strapped one to each side of Santa's extra sleigh
Then vaulted inside calling to the geese lets be on our way
On Jenny, on Jake hurry now we don't want to be late
He will only be gone twenty four hours so I just can't wait
There are Sac's and Blooming dales all on my list this year
And before he is back I will shop them all so have no fear
Clear her voice as the sleigh started to rise for the stall
