Based on chapter 21 of Kotler's "Marketing Management" the following is a list of my general recommendations posing as a successful marketing consultant for senior management at RelEVE in efforts to increase profits and long term success.
" Decide on target market: active menstruating women
" Develop marketing strategy: I suggest a niche marketing strategy: re-launching Gynofem to women who will most likely use the product.
" Define very specific goals.
" Marketing Tactics: what does RelEVE hope to accomplish with the marketing?
" Change RelEVE's marketing theme and message to cater to target market.
" Follow a specific marketing plan that addresses both short and long term goals (Kotler 656-662).
