What Recommendations for Change Do You (the Interviewee) Have?
Mrs. Bowing recommends four changes for RelEVE. First, she feels that they need to reduce their overhead, distribute the products to a larger market, change the packaging style that caters to their target market, and implement effective marketing promotions. RelEVE needs to minimize its' expenses in order to increase their profits. The company can do this by cutting manufacturing costs of product by moving its production plant to Canada or overseas. She also recommends the company to lower the costs of production materials by utilizing alternative materials of the same quality at lower prices. RelEVE also needs to make their products available nationally by making their products available at leading stores. Therefore, she recommends RelEVE to increase distribution of their product with leading store contenders such as Wall Mart, Super Lots, and with major grocery store contenders like Vons, Albertsons, and Costco.
