There is not much information given in the printed materials or by Mrs. Bowing in regards to the customer's perception of the company. She was rather evasive with her answer but from what she did say, I had the impression that the consumers who are aware of Gynofem recognize the company positively and generally regard the product as safe and unique. It must be noted here that because RelEVE suffers from anonymity, consumer perceptions are difficult to obtain. If customers of both Gynofem and their competitors were combined and were asked what their perception of RelEVE was, the most common answer would be that they do not know much about the company and would not be able to answer the question. The opinions of Gynofem customers would be undermined and washed out by the opinions of their competitors (web-cam 2002).
