In the league of bodily cleanliness, it's no secret that men in
general rank lower than their cleaner, fresher female counterparts.
Dubious as to whether or not this myth holds any water, Insignia
recently conducted a survey preceding the launch of six new
fragrances.
Detailing the often filthy habits of 11-19 year old males, here are

- The average person perspires a gut-wrenching 278 gallons of sweat
each year - enough to completely fill three Ford Escorts!
- Nigh on five million gallons of perspiration are produced from
people having sex world-wide - every day.
- Perhaps unsurprisingly for some, the beds we sleep in will absorb
anything up to four pints of sweat each night.
- Astonishingly, some Micronesian cultures regarded sweat as the
'essence of a warrior'. Considering it an honour, tribe members
would nonchalantly down vast quantities of their chief's very own
underarm special brew.
- Priding itself as an odourless zone, church-going residents of
Tijuana, Mexico can find themselves in trouble should they choose to
neglect their personal hygiene. Anyone who sweats excessively while
in the Lord's local parish can face a fine of up to £1500.
