Then one day I was determined to tell it all
I'd overcome the fear that was giving me a hold
I was approaching you when I found out you
    weren't alone
You have your boyfriend waiting outside the corridor.

It broke my heart and I blame myself,
I kept pounding the walls for it was like theft,
I should've told you long ago that I'm in love
Then it may have been us and not the two of you.

Still I got to accept that everything is too late.
For painful events have been slowly taking place...
And as for what is inside this soul.
