The Love of My Life
 
Te love that I have found is truer than no other.
Sometimes when I look into his bright blue eyes, I swear I can see heaven.
He is what I call an angel.
An angel God sent down just for me.
To keep me warm, happy, and free.
He is so innocent and pure.
Best of all, he is mine.
I know we are meant to be.
 
Did you know that my angel asked me to share this love forever,
Who would have guessed he'd feel the same as me.
He loved me with all his heart.
 
And just when I thought that my love for him could not grow any stronger,
He proposed to me.
 
We sailed out to a small island, and there I found the perfect pink shell
that he had placed on the sand just for me to discover.
In it I found the key to his love and my happiness.......a heart-shaped
diamond.
 
As my love asked for my hand in marriage, I happily responded with a warm
hug and a wisper in his ear....."I love you."
 
Like I said, my love is truer than no other.
I can still say that now after three years of marriage.
He is still an angel to me......and a friend to my heart.
 
We are meant to be.

I write to you in admiration,
I watch you everyday,
Your hair, your face, your everything,
I love you in every way.
 
I know you dont feel this way,
but i thought I'd give it a chance;
all i know is the way i feel,
pure, deep and true.
 
Now im left in depression and disbelief,
due to the way i feel:
i always thought love was great,
i guess unrequired love can hurt in every possible way.
 
I come to you to fill my hearts desire
Though i know i cant set your heart on fire.
