Well you might say it's almost the same order as last time.  Will it live up to it previous visit.?

First things first I give the guy a £1 tip for delivering it and then take the order into the kitchen.  The 2 pieces of chicken and chips comes in a big enough box, almost double that of KFC. Although, insde, the presentation lacked that certain degree of artistic talent that is required for such food.  So I did what I could and, with the addition of some of the salad, managed to make it look exactly the same with added green.  

Then it came to the definition of Good Food.  Yes once again I had gotten a Nan Kebab.  Fate had introduced it to me and now I wanted more.  Could it be like last time ? I opened the massive 12" lid and the Kebab said "Probably Not".  Damn.

The overall end result was there but without anywhere near the amount of both chili sauce and mayonnaise.  This is what makes it a really nice dish, yet take  them  away and what are you left with.  I managed to make the most of what was there, years of dedicated food reviews back in Vietnam taught me that.  Still it would of been 100% better if I'd had more sauce on it.

The meal took 45 minutes to arrive which would give them plenty of time to prepare the food.  We want uniform swirling of the 2 sauces so if my friends, or yours, go there they will get the same fantastic Nan Kebab I had last time.

The tip : Set some standards for each order.
