As the man, driving in front of me at 20 miles an hour, finally turned his van,  I noticed he was on his mobile phone.  Well at least I, along with the 10 other cars behind me on Sussex road, could now return to the normal speed of 30 miles an hour.

I pulled up at the chippy, on Manchester road, and strolled on in.  The lady was just finishing a phone call but eventually came and took the order.  Having been there before I knew straight away that it was a case of sod doing anything fancy for the reviews, just get some good nosh.  Well that 's what it's all about.

So I ordered my ribs & rice with chips.  Hmmmmmmmmm ribs.

During the 10-15minutes wait I read a couple of the local papers that were there and noticed a board showing several business cards on.  I was having a inner battle as to put mine up but realized a) I didn't have them with me b) You need to bring your own pin.

With that the lady told me my food was ready and so I paid then left.  

I dished out some chips, topped with fried rice, topped with more chips.  each layer had some red magic (tomato sauce) on.  The ribs were big, red, loads of meat and very messy.  There was also plenty of barbecue sauce too.  The rice is a fluffy fried rice and has a little after taste.
