General Welcome to the CryptoLogic Electronic Cash system. Cryptologic has processed more than 1.4 billion dollars worth of secure, E-Cash, transactions over the Internet, in more than 240 countries around the world, for more than 250,000 individuals, since November 1996. You may deposit or withdraw money using the CryptoLogic Electronic Cash system and use the money in your E-Cash account to make payments or purchase goods and services. All deposits are held in an FDIC or CDIC insured North American Bank. All E-Cash operations are in U.S. dollars. Security The CryptoLogic Electronic Cash system utilizes the CryptoLogic Security System to protect all information sent over the Internet. All information is encrypted and decrypted using CryptoLogic Inc.'s ("CryptoLogic") proprietary security algorithm. Personal Identification Numbers When you register an account in real mode within E-Cash you will automatically generate a PIN (Personal Identification Number) with CryptoLogic. PIN numbers are not interchangeable within accounts and cannot be substituted with or for any other number that you currently have for your credit cards. PIN numbers are security numbers, they cannot be rerouted to an address other than the address in your account. PIN numbers are generated by CryptoLogic and are sent to you via regular mail, the business day following registration. Note: PIN numbers are confidential, they are never given out over the telephone, fax or e-mail. Transactions Deposit
You
may deposit money to your E-Cash account using: credit cards or wire transfer.
CryptoLogic reserves the right to set the transaction minimum, transaction
maximum, and accumulative deposits to the system.
Withdraw
To
withdraw money from the E-Cash system, you must have the PIN number that
will automatically be mailed to you when you register your account. CryptoLogic
reserves the right to determine the manner, whether by credit card (and
to which one or more of your credit cards), by cheque, or combination of
these methods, by which money can be withdrawn. CryptoLogic reserves the
right to combine your different accounts into one for payment purposes.
CryptoLogic reserves the right to set the transaction minimum, transaction
maximum, and accumulative withdrawals from the system.
Transfer
You
may transfer money from one of your E-Cash accounts to any other E-Cash
account that belongs to you by entering the E-Cash account number to which
you wish to transfer E-Cash. Note: Money deposited by credit card will
not be available for transfer to other E-Cash accounts.
Payment/Purchase
You
may make a payment/purchase from your E-Cash account to any E-Cash merchant
account simply by entering the E-Cash merchant number you wish to pay.
Limits and Service
Charges
Credit
Cards
CryptoLogic
accepts Visa and Master Card as well as other major credit cards. Money
deposited by credit card will be available in your E-Cash account in approximately
30 seconds. There is no service charge to deposit money into your E-Cash
account.
Note:
Monthly limits for transactions may be modified based on your credit history.
A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is required to withdraw funds from
your E-Cash account. CryptoLogic reserves the right to determine the manner,
whether by credit card (and to which one or more of your credit cards),
by cheque, or combination of these methods, by which money can be withdrawn.
CryptoLogic reserves the right to combine your different accounts into
one for payment.
IMPORTANT:
CryptoLogic Inc., the E-Cash provider for AMEX Casino casino, has
increased the deposit limit to $1,500 USD for ACCOUNTS open less than 90
days AND $2,000 for accounts open 90 days or more. The weekly limits are
reset each Friday at 12:00 p.m. EST. FUNDS can be deposited by credit card
to your electronic commerce individual account.

Wire
Transfers
CryptoLogic
accepts wire transfers in U.S. funds. Money deposited by wire transfer
will be available in your E-Cash account approximately 30 minutes after
the wire transfer has been received by CryptoLogic. There is no service
charge for depositing money to your E-Cash account by wire transfer.
IMPORTANT:
You
may not withdraw money from your E-Cash account by wire transfer.
Depositing
Credit
Cards
You
can deposit money to your E-Cash account by credit card. You may only register
one credit card at a time. Money deposited by credit card will be available
in your E-Cash account in approximately 30 seconds. There is no service
charge for depositing money to your E-Cash account using credit cards.
Note:
Monthly limits for credit card transactions are modified by your credit
history and after you mail us your credit application.
Wire
Transfer
CryptoLogic
accepts wire transfers in U.S. funds. Money deposited by wire transfer
will be available in your E-Cash account approximately 30 minutes after
the wire transfer has been received by CryptoLogic. There is no service
charge for depositing money to your E-Cash account by wire transfer.
To
deposit money to your E-Cash account by wire transfer send wire transfer
to:

When
you have sent the wire transfer enter the amount of the wire transfer and
your name, as it appears on the wire transfer , address and select the
OK button of the Wire Transfer Deposit screen.
This
information will help us identify you and the funds that will be received
by CryptoLogic.
Withdrawing
Note:
All withdrawals are subject to a communication fee of $1.00.
Credit
Cards
IMPORTANT:
Withdrawal of funds from an account will not be possible until you have
received the PIN number for that specific account. PIN numbers are unique
to each account and are not interchangeable or transferable.
You
may only register one credit card at a time. Money withdrawn to a credit
card will be debited from our account in 10 seconds and will usually be
available in your credit card account in 5 business days.
Note:
If you have a positive balance in your account, you will not be able to
change the credit card until you withdraw all your funds. Currently, money
deposited by credit card or by a combination of credit card and any other
method will not be paid out by cheque. CryptoLogic reserves the right to
determine the manner, whether by credit card (and to which one or more
of your credit cards), by cheque, or combination of these methods, by which
money can be withdrawn. CryptoLogic reserves the right to combine your
different accounts into one for payment purposes.
Cheques
To
withdraw money from your E-Cash account by cheque you must fill in your
PIN and amount on the Cheque Withdraw screen. Cheques will be delivered
by regular mail. If your request for withdrawal by cheque is made before
5 PM, your cheque will be sent by mail the next business day.
Note:
Currently money deposited by credit card or by a combination of credit
card and any other method will not be paid out by cheque. CryptoLogic reserves
the right to determine the manner, whether by credit card (and to which
one or more of your credit cards), by cheque, or combination of these methods,
by which money can be withdrawn. CryptoLogic reserves the right to combine

Personal
Credit Limit Increases
CryptoLogic
customers can apply for personal credit limit increase once they have an
established credit history. To apply for a personal credit increase, please
send a blank e-mail to, credit.request@CryptoLogic.com.
In return you will receive all of the pertinent information for your credit
application.
