Attractions

As with most of the resorts in Minorca, the main attraction in Cala'n Bosch is the beach and the water sport facilities.

Certainly worth a mentioning is the "Aqua Rock" water park, just a few minutes walk from the Marina. Admission is a bit pricey at 14 Euro per adult and 7 Euro for a child for a full day, but after 3.30pm it does drop to 6 Euros per adults and 4 Euro for a child. They also charge an extra 3 Euro per sunbed once you are inside. Also new for 2002 season a karting track has now opened next door.

Cala'n Bosch does have a large man made lake and marina, which does tend to be the focal point of the resort. From here 2 Glass Bottom boats operate trips around the south west coast, taking in a good selection of secluded coves on the way. The cost is 14 Euros for adults and 7 Euro for kids aged 3 to 12 years old, and is a good way of sightseeing, sunbathing, and snorkelling all in one trip.

The Goody park by the marina has a good selection of ball pits, bouncy castles, waterslides, bowling, crazy golf, dumper cars, and trampolines to keep the children amused, whilst the adults have a drink in peace. It's worth also remembering that some of the attractions are pay once for the day, so you can always return again in the evening at no extra charge.

A mini train makes regular trips into nearby Son Xoriguer where there are two sailing schools offering tuition in windsurfing, dinghy or catamaran sailing, canoeing and also water skiing.
