For a change from swimming and sunbathing, Santo Tomas has a small riding school in the pine woods behind the main resort. Although not being an expert, the ponies look to be both well fed and well treated. The attraction is very popular and advanced booking is essential.

The long beach at Santo Tomas has a good selection of watersports, including pedaloes, and banana boats etc.

Although already mentioned in the Restaurant and Bars section, there is a small mini golf course operated from the Las Dunas restaurant.
