Chopped 'n' Dropped

This one is on the back-burner - a work in progress.

The owner is short on money but determined to have what he wants, so the van gets attention as the money allows. Sounds familiar.

Currently, there's a Rover 3500 V8 under the bonnet in between custom chassis rails, and the whole thing has been made as low as possible over tyres as big as possible. Just right in other words!
