this used to be the ginew forces homepage they have a nice little section with reviews of game making program's so if you want to make games other than rpgs this site will be worth a look.
Dbz Rm2k Connection  A nice little site much like my own one artist showcasing his Dragonball character sets.
Eternity of Saiyans  Tortured Pixies homepage nice dbz/rm2k site mainly for face sets but also has character sets I have not made and some nice battle sets for rm2k3. He is also working on a game and it looks good.
Dkirbyj's Realm Dkirbyj's homepage another dbz/rm2k site with sets and games. A good artist with a good site.
Finsoft Piccetas homepage lots of rpg maker 2k3 dbz resources and character sets based on the log style and their forum has a very big community definitely worth a look.

 

EMULATION

 Very up to date site click on the English link when the main page loads up. You will find emulators here but the main thing is ROMs this site has a huge selection of ROMs so much so that they had to put up download restrictions.
Zophar's Domain Very established site with a huge hit count been around for many years and covers emulators for all systems from Apples to Linux this site also has a nice hack & patch section for modifying games could be to translate a game or enhance its worth checking out but this site dose not provide ROMs.
