God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift. You might meet your soul mate, but just remember that if you meet the right one and you find it complicated, the chances are you have finally found your soul mate. Nothing good in life is simple but don't let your opportunities pass you by because things get tough. When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.
Your soul mate is someone that can finish what you are saying, and will come out with the same off the track thoughts as you.
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile.
There are moments in life when you miss someone so much that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real!
Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.

TIME AND FRIENDS
Imagine there is a bank that credits your
account each morning with 86,400.
It carries over no balance from day to day.
Every evening deletes whatever part of the
balance you failed to use during the day.
What would you do?
Draw out ALL OF IT, of course!!!!
Each of us has such a bank. Its name is TIME.
Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds.
Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this
you have failed to invest to good purpose.
It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft.
Each day it opens a new account for you.
Each night it burns the remains of the day.
If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is yours.
There is no going back.
There is no drawing against the "tomorrow."
You must live in the present on today's deposits.
Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in
health, happiness, and success!
The clock is running. Make the most of today.
To realise the value of ONE YEAR,
ask a student who failed a grade.
To realise the value of ONE MONTH,
ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.
To realise the value of ONE WEEK,
ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.
To realise the value of ONE HOUR,
ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.

looked, the women were gone and there were two lines. The line of the men that
were dominated by their women was 100 miles long. In the line of men that
dominated their women there was only one man. God became very angry and
said, "You men should be ashamed of yourselves. I created you in my image and
you were all whipped by your mates. Look at the only one of my sons that
stood up and made me proud. Learn from him! Tell them my son, how did you
manage to be the only one in this line?" And the man replied, "I don't
know, my wife told me to stand here."

LIFE by the DALAI LAMA
1. Take into account that great love and great achievements
involve great risk.

A new priest at his first mass was so nervous he could hardly speak.
After mass he asked the monsignor how he had done. The monsignor replied,
"When I am worried about getting nervous on the pulpit, I put a
glass of vodka next to the water glass. If I start to get nervous, I take a sip."
So next Sunday he took the monsignor's advice. At the beginning of the sermon, he got nervous and took a drink. He proceeded to talk up a storm.
Upon his return to his office after mass, he found the following note on the door:
1. Sip the Vodka, don't gulp.
2. There are 10 commandments, not 12.
3. There are 12 disciples, not 10.
4. Jesus was consecrated, not constipated.
5. Jacob wagered his donkey, he did not bet his ass.
6. We do not refer to Jesus Christ as the late J. C.
7. The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are not referred to
as daddy, junior and the spook.
8. David slew Goliath, he did not kick the shit out of him.
9. When David was hit by a rock and knocked off his donkey, don't say he was stoned off his ass.
10. We do not refer to the cross as the "Big T."
11. When Jesus broke the bread at the Last Supper he said, "Take this and eat it for it is my body." He did not say "Eat me."
12. The Virgin Mary is not called "Mary with the Cherry."
13. The recommended grace before a meal is not: Rub-A-Dub-Dub thanks for the grub, yeah God.
14. Next Sunday there will be a taffy pulling contest at St.Peter's, not a peter pulling contest at St.Taffy's.
An atheist was taking a walk through the woods, admiring all that the
"accident of evolution" had created. "What majestic trees! What
powerful rivers! What beautiful animals!", he said to himself.
As he was walking alongside the river he heard a rustling in the bushes
behind him. He turned to look. He saw a 7-foot grizzly charge towards
him.
He ran as fast as he could up the path. He looked over his shoulder and
saw that the bear was closing. He ran even faster, so scared that tears
were coming to his eyes. He looked over his shoulder again, and the bear was
even closer. His heart was pumping frantically and he tried to run even
faster. He tripped and fell on the ground. He rolled over to pick
himself up but saw the bear; right on top of him; reaching for him with his
left paw and raising his right paw to strike him. At that instant the Atheist cried out "Oh my God!...."
Time stopped.
The bear froze.
The forest was silent.
Even the river stopped moving.
As a bright light shone upon the man, a voice came out of the sky, "You
deny my existence for all of these years; teach others I don't exist;
and even credit creation to a cosmic accident. Do you expect me to help
you out of this predicament? Am I to count you as a believer?" The atheist
looked directly into the light "it would be hypocritical to ask to be a
Christian after all these years, but perhaps could you make the bear a
Christian?" "Very well," said the voice.
The light went out.
The river ran again.
And the sounds of the forest resumed.
And then the bear dropped his right paw ..... brought both paws
together...bowed his head and spoke:
"Lord, for this food which I am about to receive, I am truly thankful."
