PETER BONETTI, Goalkeeper  Last July he was at Wembley as one of England's World Cup reserves, but today it's the "real thing" for the man the fans have voted Chelsea's first "Footballer of the Year".  To team-mates he is "K." or "Katsy", a play on his cat-like agility around the goalmouth.  After 12 Under-23 caps, won full England honours in Denmark on last summer's pre-World Cup tour.  Born Putney, the middle one of five sons to Swiss parents. Joined Chelsea juniors after his mother wrote seeking a trial for "my boy, who might one day make you a useful goalkeeper". ALLAN HARRIS, Right Back  Elder by two years of the Harris brothers, he fully justified his inclusion in the sixth round and semi-final ties after being more out of the side than in earlier in the season.  An England Schoolboy cap, he joined Chelsea as a junior in 1958 (signing professional May, 1960), and was in their F.A. Youth Cup-winning sides of 1960 and 1961. After 80 senior games in five seasons, transferred to Coventry City in December, 1964, and returned to Stamford Bridge last May. Born Northampton. Aged 24. Height 5 ft. 8 in. Weight 10 st. 7 Ib.

EDDIE McCREADIE Left Back Was in the Scotland side—his tenth full cap—that knocked England's World Cup crown askew, so today seeks his second Wembley joy day in five weeks.  It was here two years ago that he made his Scotland debut. Except when injured, has been Chelsea's first-choice left back since being signed for £5,000 from East Stirling in April, 1962.  Fires Chelsea from behind with dynamic, all-action play that sometimes carries him deep into the opposition half.  Born Glasgow.  Aged 27.  Height 5 ft. 9 in.  Weight 10 st. 8 Ib.

JOHN HOLLINS, Right Half In four years since signing professional in July, 1963, has risen to full England candidature as one of modern football's finest exponents of "middleman" play in a 4~3-3 formation.  Is also Chelsea's long-throw-in expert.   Father kept goal for Stoke and Wolves, and brother Dave for Wales, Newcastle and now Mansfield.  The family had moved from North Wales to Guildford by the time John was born; hence an England qualification which has so far produced six Youth caps and seven at Under-23 level. MARVIN HINTON, Centre Half Has proved one of Chelsea's best-value buys at £30,000 which brought him from Chariton in August, 1963, varying his game with equal efficiency between orthodox centre-half and sweeper.  Just how well he has blocked the middle is reflected in the figure of only two goals conceded in Chelsea's march to Wembley, and none in the last four Cup games.  Was a Chariton first-team player for seven seasons (three England Under-23 caps) before moving to Stamford Bridge.  Born Croydon.  Aged 27.  Height 5 ft. lOi in. RON HARRIS, Left Half (Captain)  At 22 years 6 months, today becomes the youngest captain in Cup Final history, but distinction at Wembley is not new to him, for in April, 1963, he skippered England when they won the International Youth Tournament. Was England Schoolboy cap at soccer (six times) and cricket when joining Chelsea as junior in 1960, following brother Allan to Stamford Bridge. Added eight Youth caps and, against Wales last October, earned his first Under-23 award.  His role is principally that of midfield "destroyer".  Born Hackney. Height 5 ft. 8 in.  Weight II st. 5 Ib.

CHARLIE COOKE, Outside Right  Three days after Chelsea lost their second successive F.A. Cup semi-final, in April last year, manager Tommy Docherty paid a new record fee for his club of £72,000 for this ball artist from Dundee.  Three weeks ago Charlie celebrated his first anniversary at Stamford Bridge with a dazzling touchline dribble which produced the goal that brings Chelsea here today.  Began his professional career with Aberdeen in 1960, and in December, 1964, transferred to Dundee as replacement for Alan Gilzean, who had departed to... TOMMY BALDWIN, Inside Right  Signed from Arsenal last September as the considerably less expensive part of an exchange deal involving George Graham.  Some makeweight!  He is Chelsea's second highest marksman this season, but his most important goal was his only one so far in the F.A. Cup—a last-minute knock-out for Sheffield Wednesday in round six. Signed professional for Arsenal from North-East junior football in December, 1962.  Born Gateshead. Aged 21. Height 5 ft. 9 in. TONY HATELEY, Centre Forward  When Peter Osgood broke his right leg in October, Chelsea paid Aston Villa a new British record fee for a centre-forward of £100,000 to plug the gap.  They were buying their way to Wembley, for in the last three "rounds, the head of Tony Hateley scored a match-clinching second goal against Sheffield United, laid on the sixth round winner against Sheffield Wednesday and sent the ball rocketing in for the semi-final winner against Leeds.  Yet he started the Cup run as substitute in the third round at Huddersfield at a time when Chelsea were still trying to adjust their style to suit the giant newcomer. Began League career with Notts County, being signed for them by Tommy Lawton, former Chelsea centre-forward.  Moved to Aston Villa in July, 1963.  Born Derby. Aged 25.  Height 6 ft. I in.  Weight 12 st. 9 Ib.

BOBBY TAMBLING, Inside Left  Strong-running sharpshooter who has scored more first-team goals than any other player in Chelsea history—he beat Roy Bentley's record of 150 when he scored in the League at home to Spurs last October.  His F.A. Cup total of 20 is within one of the Chelsea record also held by Bentley.  His highest match score was five away to Aston Villa last September, and has three times hit four in a game.  Joined Chelsea as junior in 1957.  England honours: 3 full caps, 13 Under-23, 7 Schoolboy.  Born Storrington, Sussex.  Aged 25. Height 5 ft. 8i in.  Weight 12 st.

JOHN BOYLE, Outside Left  Youngest member of the side, he contributes a fantastic work-rate in his defensive midfield role. Completes five years with Chelsea in August, the last three as a professional.  Won Scotland Youth honours in March, 1965, just after his Chelsea debut, and has been a vital member of the first team squad these past two .seasons.  There'11 be no more determined player on the field today.  Born Motherwell.  Aged 20.  Height 5 ft. 8 in. JOE KIRKUP  Two years ago played at Wembley in the West Ham side that beat TSV Munich in the European Cup-Winners' Cup Final.  Then injury cost him his place at Upton Park, and in March last-year Tommy Docherty recruited him for Chelsea's first-team pool.  Has played in about half this season's matches as rival to Allan Harris for the No. 2 shirt.  Gained England Youth cap and three Under-23 honours with West Ham, whom he joined as a junior.  Ten years a professional.  Born Sunderland.  Aged 27.
