In this paper, we will focus on the background information about Diversa Company's project, including the plan's needs, goals, and tools implemented to achieve their objectives. We will include a chart that illustrates the functions of each Diversa team member specifically pointing out the project team's responsibilities and qualifications. We will also list the tasks that need to be completed throughout the project process and then offer a basic outline that encompasses possible conflicts revolving around the project and finally conclude by introducing conflict resolution for each potential situation.
