In the center, the members are either given an R indicating that they are responsible for that activity, a C meaning that they are to contribute or help the person and lastly; an A to serve as an advisory member for the person responsible. Blank spaces indicate no responsibilities. Each member is given at least one task and only one person is responsible for that specific task in order to avoid complications and preserve accountability. One person would support and another would grant approval of the decisions made.

This section will help to evaluate the relationships among the team members and project manager. It will also help to analyze the organizational relationship between all the players involved in the formulation of the project team. Additionally it will explore team members' reasons to either cooperate or resist the leadership of the project manager. Finally, conflict-resolution plans must be put into place to persuade any pockets of resistance that might threaten the success of the project. What can be done to convince certain non-conforming members that it would benefit themselves and the organization to complete the project on-time and within budget.
