When all is said and done, there is no foolproof way to run a group project. Conflicts are bound to arise, and functional conflict can actually be a beneficial part of a successful project. A strong project manager must juggle many balls, and lead by example. If he/she puts his/her mind to personal conviction, discipline, sensitivity to team dynamics, and a constant awareness of how personal actions are perceived by others then, he/she will be on the road to bringing a specific multifaceted task to a triumphant completion (125).
