Goals, plans and tools tools implemented to achieve the project objectives

Currently, the Diversa Company is not experiencing major financial problems. Their customer base is well established and the company generates profits exceeding forecasted expectations. The company's only problem at this juncture is low employee morale. After extensive research, their data showed in the past five years that employees at Diversa were experiencing very low morale during the summer solstice mainly due to heat, overwork, and the summertime blues. Sales decreased during that time and Diversa recognized this as a serious issue. In reaction to this, Diversa had created an annual golf tournament project to help resolve the problem. Thus, the company realized that a special team was needed to organize and manage the plan in order to implement a very successful morale boosting event to maintain key employees within their company.
