We believe that the investments made to provide benefits to our employees are among the most important dollars spent. We attract the best employees and keep the ones we have by providing employees them with the best in benefits. As a part of our company benefit program we are planning our yearly golf tournament. The golf tournament is designed to be inexpensive and fun for all employees who wish to participate. A golf tournament planning committee will be responsible for planning this year's event. The committee will be a cross functional team made up of employees from Human Resources, R&D, Senior Management, and operations.
In order to provide a fun event for our employees, the company needs to ensure that the cost of this event should be inexpensive for the employees.
