" Project Approach:
Our project objectivities are to host a golf tournament for the employee, which is a fun weekend event with lots of raffle prizes and tournament giveaways, at a cost not to exceed $100 per golfer. Our first milestone for this project is to have the planning committee members selected and our first planning meeting held by July 14th. We must have a golf course selected by July 28th and a deposit for our tournament paid by July 31. We need to also have the caterer selected by the July 31. Both these tasks can be done in parallel by different members of the golf planning committee. The next key milestone date is for HR to announce the golf tournament to all the employees. This needs to done at least one month prior to the tournament date of September 9, 2003. A one month time frame from H&R's announcement to the day of the event, should give employees plenty of time to sign up for the event. This requires that all golf tournament fliers and emails be sent out or posted around the company no later than August 8, 2003. An outline of all the golf tournament tasks is:
