Project Organization
The specific project team members consist of seven individuals within the Diversa Company. Glenn Koehler is currently the committee director who oversees the project through its entirety. Mr. Koehler's job description involves establishing a budget for Diversa so that they don't exceed the budget specifically allocated for this project and to provide a general outline of what he wants to be completed before and after the golf tournament. Mr. Koehler, a recent graduate of the MBA program, has been working for this company for 39 years with adequate experience in project management. He has completed numerous projects with successful results and the CEO of Diversa has placed him in charge showing well deserved confidence of Mr. Koehler's expertise.
Under direct supervision of Mr. Koehler is the project manager, Pat Murphy. A renowned private business entrepreneur, Mr. Murphy has 15 years of project management and has been with Diversa for five years. His responsibilities include overseeing the event and keeping track of issues and finalizing the program. Mr. Murphy is a competent project manager who is aided by two individuals, Miss Heidi Lomax and Miss Dana Zhang. Heidi Lomax, an assistant to Mr. Murphy, has been working at Diversa for 3 years and has helped past tournaments with Diversa with great success. Her responsibilities also include choosing golf sites and creating golf tournament announcement.
