To win this one your site, or the site you nominate has to be of interesting content, not just links, as few broken links/images as poss', it would have to be suitable for all ages (ie nothing offencive or containing lewd images! That goes for all the awards)

Again, your site should not be just links to other sites, and for this there MUST be no broken images. Credit should be given to those graphics which are not your own.

Must be primarily about dragons. And should just simply be an excellent dragony page.

I know goth is often creepy and scarey but if your site is to win this award it mustn't be too scarey, little kiddies surf the net too ya know :-)
