To you all, I tip my hat
Honest as the day is long
I know that this is where I belong

Native Spirits will rule the hills
With spirited calls
and spirited yelps
Gentle on the land are we
We are the Native Spirits you see

The nights grow longer across the prairie
Father sun has gone away
Mother earth lies beneath a snowy blanket
The bear has gome into her cave
We worry not, we know he'll return
To melt the snowy blanket firm
Then we'll see the Bear again
When the Buffalo roam the plains

Our toil is over
The week is done
Now is time to rest
The Native Spirits will seek quiet
So on Monday we'll be our best
