AttractionsGolf Paradis is a 54 hole mini golf complex. Set in lush gardens with waterfalls, palm trees lakes and even a windmill. You can see giraffes, zebra, elephants and monkeys at the safari park between Cala Millor and Sa Coma. You can either drive around the 4km circuit in your own car or take the zoo's own min train. Getting there from Cala Millor is easy on the parks own bus which leaves regularly from 9am to 7pm. It should be noted however, before you visit, that the standard of animal welfare at most Spanish Zoos and animal parks is not the same as you would expect from UK based attractions. Some may find it upsetting. The more active can walk up to the medieval watchtower on the headland of Punta de n'Amer, situated mid way between Sa Coma and Cala Millor. The walk takes around 45 minutes, but there is a bar at the top selling drinks and snacks. If you've hired a car and can get out of the resort, the east coast does have a number of other attractions worth a visit. Discovered by Pedro Caldentey in 1905, the Caves of Hams are famous for their peculiar formations, and for their marvelous underground lake. If you are driving they are 2 km West of Porto Cristo. Opening times from March to October is 10am to 6pm and from November to February 10:30am to 5:30pm. Entrance fee for adults is around £6.00.
