Johann has also provided a commentary on how to
approach the construction of the beast. Click

Spitfire MK XVI (Designed For Speed 400!)
By Alex Pedashenko

Nice plan- thank you Alex.
Spitfire MK XVI.dxf 97kb
North American P51D
By Steve Hergett & P.Pastorino

Note that the zip file includes an additional wing plan
that is more authentic than that provided with the fuselage.
However, the fuselage plan is the most authentic I have seen.

Brewster, Model 239 (Direct Drive Speed 400, 7 x 500mah, 3 channel)
Designed by: Marko Terävä

BW.dxf 208kb Foam core wings. Clear details for
electric flight construction.
Grumman F6F Hellcat (Direct Drive Speed 400, 7 x 600AE, 3 channel)
Designed:

Hellcat.pcx 249kb Foam core wings. Has very good
details for side panelling,
good positioning info for formers, rc gear, etc, . Layout for canopy construction.
Not a CAD drawing, but it is quite good. This file is much clearer than the Gif
version.
De Havilland Albatross (4 x Direct Drive Speed 400,? channel)
Designed by: Laddie Mikulasko

Dh91_dxf.zip 302kb This plan is in a large number of
pieces and comes in Dxf and Tiff formats. The
Tiff views are in fact better that the reproduced Dxf drawings.
Construction of the body is foam and balsa composition and is quite detailed.
One problem- the top view of the wing is missing. I've tried finding a top view
without success. So please be aware of this shortfall.
J3 Cub (Candidate for electric conversion)
Designed by: Known

J3CUB1.dxf 513kb Very detailed plan that comes in
3 sections. Designed for IC power, however conversion to electric should be
straight forward. As shown above, an aqua version included with details on
pontoons. Just resize plan for your power source.
Skyvan (twin Speed 600's, 7-8 x 2000mah)
Designed by: Rodger Jones

Skyvan.jpg 157b Seems like enough
information, only problem it's in jpeg format.
But if you like the model, it should be all you need.
If you are interested, Rodger has
some text about the Skyvan and the plan. Click
Here to read.
Focke Wulf Ta 152 H-1 (Electric conversion project- Speed 600)
Designed by: David Andersen

FW_TA152.pcx 910kb Five page plan with all
detail needed to complete a very large FW. It looks like it could be a 94 inch
wing span! Markings are indicated on plan, plus a separate markings file for
small text. Also included are two additional 3 way views with one in black and
white, the other in colour (see above for eg). Only problem it's in PCX format-
a little unclear but still quite legible. For a Speed 600 conversion it would be
great, but you would have to scale it down by half, and leave out the flap
servos and construction.
Douglas DC3 Dakota (Twin Speed 600)
Designed by: Rodger Jones

dc3a.jpg 238kb Six part half size plans in jpeg
format - a little fuzzy. If your interested in the DC3, well this would give
enough detail to go ahead. Because of fuselage shape, forward section is foam
construction. Includes 3 way views and above colour side view.
Staudacher S300D (75" wing span plan, 1.08 - 1.50 2 Stroke Glow)
Designed by: Dan Marlowe

s300.dxf 84.kb Plan is in two dxf files with one
being dedicated to the wing plan and the other to the fuselage and tail section.
Wing plan is detailed and all ribs are nicely drawn. As with many plans, formers
are drawn but radio gear locations are up to you. Although designed to be BIG,
the model can be scaled to whatever wing loading you want.
P-38 Lightning
Designed by: Bill Scott

Lightning.gif 201kb Two sheet clear plan with
plenty of detail to complete model.
Originally designed for 0.15 IC power. Fuselage bulkheads and rib sets appear
complete, and plenty
of instructions exist in all areas. You will have to improvise when it comes to
the landing gear.
Crow S.T.O.L. (0.46 IC power, Flap Extensions/ Brakes in one)
Designed by: A. G. Lennon
Crow.gif 527kb Two sheet clear plan with
plenty of detail to complete model.
Originally designed for 0.46 IC power. Fuselage bulkheads and rib sets appear
complete, and plenty
of instructions exist in all areas. Landing gear construction is also provided.
Flap extends down and out for slow steep landings.
