Jetplane Landing - "There Is No Real Courage Unless There Is Real Danger"

Perennial also-rans of the emo movement, Jetplane Landing have never been the sort of group who've had a particularly easy ride. However, with "There Is No Courage...", they've certainly done something a bit out of the ordinary - a 23-track 79-minute CD single which is currently retailing for four quid at a shop near you as we speak.

All in all, there's very little to convert non-believers here as Jetplane Landing pretty much do the whole "emo-by-numbers" thing about as well as most other bands of this ilk do - plenty of bleeding heart anger and energy but very little to pick them out from the crowd. However, with a number of rarities including B-sides, live tracks and radio sessions, this'll be close to paradise for the emo kid in your life. For the rest of us...well, at least the low price means you can't say it was a total waste of money if you buy it.
