A provisional booking can be made by telephone or e-mail to reserve the cottage of your choice. The reservation must be confirmed within 5 days, with a completed booking form returned with either the full payment or a deposit of £50 for each week or part of week. Payment of the final balance must be made at least 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full.

Please advise cancellation immediately by telephone and confirm in writing. We will endeavour to re-let your cottage. If we can, we will refund all monies received, less 25% of the full rent. If we are unable to re-let the full balance will be due.

The owners reserve the right to cancel or alter booking arrangements. In the event of cancellation, the owners shall be liable only for the return of all monies received.
Bookings are from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If circumstances permit, it may be possible to adjust these times, but only by prior arrangement. The residents right to occupy the cottage is limited to a right of occupation for holiday purposes and such right shall terminate at 10.00 a.m. on the date of departure.

The resident is responsible for maintaining the condition of the cottage and of the furniture and equipment therein. The resident is required to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and is responsible to the owners for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property and its contents - along with any additional costs that may be incurred with rectification of the damage. The resident is responsible for any breakages or damage caused by any member of his/her party.

The owners are not liable to the resident or members of the resident's party for any loss or damage to any belongings of

Dogs:  A small, well behaved dog is welcome, free of charge.  Please keep it downstairs, and do not allow your dog on the furniture.  Always clean up any mess left by your dog.  Thank you.

You will need to bring your dog's bed.   We do provide dog bowls for you dog's use.

Electric and Gas are included in the price. 
Bed linen is provided by us but could you please bring your own tea towels and bathroom towels as these are not provided.
