them or any of their visitors. Nor is the owner responsible for acts of negligence or wilful damage caused to the resident, any member of his/her party or visitor, by any other person(s).

During the resident's occupancy, he/she shall not sublet or otherwise part possession with the property.  The number of occupants of the property must not exceed the number stated on the booking form unless prior written approval is obtained.

The information and descriptions given by the owner's are for guidance only. Although every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, the owners shall not be held liable for any mis-description or incorrect information.

The right of entry to the cottage at all reasonable times is reserved by the owners, with or without workmen, for the purposes of inspection or to carry out any repair deemed necessary to the property or equipment, unless in an emergency.

The owners are Steve and Cherlyn House. The resident is the person signing the booking form. The property means the cottage described on the booking form signed by the resident or such cottage as allocated by the owners.

Please note: Due to the unique nature of the cottage, it is not possible to fit a stair gate to the staircases.

Dogs must be kept under strict control and are not allowed on the chairs or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding with you.
