Audioactive MP3 Production Studio
The Audioactive Production Studio software encoder is a fast, high-quality audio solution for compressing audio files. With it, you can fit fourteen hours of your favorite full fidelity audio on a single CD-ROM, provide high-quality audio on a website, or attach compact audio files to e-mails without compromising quality.
Designed for optimal audio encoding, all bitrates between 8 kbps and 256 kbps are supported. Enhanced functionality includes unlimited batch capability, an advanced command line interface and high-quality encoding options for production quality audio. Output file formats include MP3, ASF, SWA and compressed WAV. Standard and Pro versions are available.

Audioactive MP3 to WAV Decoder
The ability to convert audio files back to WAV can be essential when sending audio clips between production facilities or modifying the original content.
The added flexibility provided by
the Audioactive MP3 Decoder allows the user to easily convert MP3 files
back to uncompressed PCM WAV files. The uncompressed WAV files can
then be edited in advanced editing systems or written to standard audio
CDs.

The
Audioactive Player can be used to play MP3 files and streams created by
the Audioactive Production Studio or Audioactive MPEG Realtime encoder.
The player is intended to be used as a helper application for web browses,
but may be used as a stand-alone tool. Once installed, click on the MP3
file to be played. This will cause the player to be launched and begin
playing. The Audioactive Player is a freeway application supported via

The Audioactive Bitrate Calculator lets you preview various combinations of citrate, time length, and file size to see how these characteristics affect one another.
The
Audioactive Bitrate Calculator computes a compressed file’s size, data
rate, or running time from the other two characteristics. It also gives
a comparison of an uncompressed file when the original file's format is
specified. The Audioactive Bitrate Calculator is particularly helpful
for determining the rate necessary to fit a specified piece of audio into
a given storage medium (for instance, a floppy disk or CD-ROM), or estimating
hard disk requirements for high volume storage.
