What Are TVGhosts?
TVGhosts are a vastly under-rated supernatural phenomena. Basically, a TVGhost is where someone has taken a photograph of a television set (either intentionally or unintentionally) and a face and sometimes the shoulders appear on the screen.

The thing that makes this so remarkable though, is the fact that the television set was off when then photo was taken!

I believe it's where a ghost is watching the outside world. We look into it to watch something, they look out of it to watch something. It seems that they did this because they would go largely un-noticed. The small amount of TVGhost photos seem to prove this, but as these photos exist, it means that they can be captured on film, and with the advent of digital photography, these faces are being caught more and more frequently.
