Thanks to Chris, VK3CJS who has lent me his converted Philips FM 828 and pre-amp for APT. I've made a project of copying and documenting his conversion and will post it on a web page when done.
Come back soon as this site is new and under construction. Free software for Amateurs written by VK3UKF is now available for download.
Thanks also to the other people that helped make all this possible, NOAA, the Americans, Meteor, the Russians and the folk that write great software for tracking satellites and decoding the signals from space. WxSat by Christian H. Bock, is used for recording telemetry and initial observations and SatSignal by David Taylor, is used for colour image processing. Winorbit by C.D. Gregory K8CG, is the satellite tracking software I prefer.
