This page contains a collection of some photos, some drawings, and some paintings I've done. I've categorized them, so you should be able to locate anything that might interest you: [Paintings] [Photos] [Red Dwarf pictures] [U2 pictures] [Invertible] [Other]
Click on any of these pictures to see a bigger version - apart from those marked * which are already full-size.
These are all pretty small - I tend to do these watercolours on tiny bits of ordinary writing paper, often about one to two inches square, so it wrinkles up. It's an effect I quite like.

![]() | My favourite painting that I've done, despite the left-in construction lines! |
![]() | Taken on a rather unusually-placed golf course. |
![]() | When I got a certificate saying I drove a tram at Seaton. |
![]() | Me driving that tram. |
![]() | Not the most flattering photo ever taken of me - but the main thing is, what is that stuck on my mouth? I think it's lemon peel, but I'm not sure. |
![]() | A picture I did of Dave Lister from Red Dwarf (as played by Craig Charles), on the Amiga a few years ago. It turned up in my Red Dwarf "Worms" level - the horizontal stripes date back to when I converted my original Worms level for the Amiga to the PC version, which has a different level size. |
![]() | A picture I did of Arnold Rimmer from Red Dwarf (as played by Chris Barrie), on the Amiga a few years ago. It turned up in my Red Dwarf "Worms" level. |
![]() | A Red Dwarf-based picture I did back on the Amiga. This was before Kochanski joined the team as a regular character, of course. |
![]() | My pen-on-paper caricature of Bono of U2, during the days of "Achtung Baby." |
![]() | My pen-on-paper caricature of The Edge of U2, during the days of "Achtung Baby." |
![]() | OK, it looks a bit strange, but if you can't read it, it says "DARREN." If you turn it upside down, it reads the same. |
![]() | This one is a bit trickier - this way up, it reads "LOCK," and upside down it reads "UNLOCK." |
![]() | This is what Josh looks like. |
